- Scope of Services
We provide repair services for mobile devices, including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, software updates, and diagnostics. The specifics of your service will be detailed in your work order.
- Estimates and Payments
- Estimates: All repair estimates provided are subject to change upon detailed inspection of the device. Customers will be informed of any changes before repairs proceed.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash and online.
- Deposits: Some repairs may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable if the repair is cancelled by the customer.
- Warranty
- Repair Warranty: Repairs are covered by a limited warranty of [duration, e.g., 90 days] for the specific repair performed. Warranty covers only the parts replaced and the labor provided.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after repair.
- Water damage.
- Software issues unrelated to the repair.
- Unauthorized modifications to the device after repair.
- Liability
- Device Handling: We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your device. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, data loss, or further damage caused by issues already present in the device.
- Data Loss: Customers are advised to back up their data before repair. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
- Parts: Replacement parts may be original, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), or high-quality third-party components, depending on availability and customer preference.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the device is unlocked and accessible for repair purposes.
- Provide accurate and honest information about the device’s condition and any prior repairs.
- Unclaimed Devices
- Devices not collected within 15 days of notification of completion will incur a storage fee of 499.
- Unclaimed devices may be considered abandoned after 30 days and disposed of per applicable laws.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated before repair work begins. Any deposits made are non-refundable.
- What if I change my mind after I have scheduled an appointment? It wouldn’t be an issue as you can reschedule your booking anytime. Please let us know your preferred time and location before 1 hour of your scheduled time and we will reschedule your repair request accordingly. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel the request; you have to pay the visit charges of Rs.299 (it happens).

- Amendments
