Warranty Policy

Q: – Is there any refund policy if I don’t like the quality of the product after replacement.
If you do not like the screen or spare part after it has been replaced, we understand your concern and are committed to your satisfaction. However, please note the following:

  1. Preference-Based Returns: Our warranty policy primarily covers defects in materials and workmanship for the parts installed, as well as issues related to the repair service. It does not cover dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or aesthetics of the replacement part.
  2. Quality Assurance: All replacement parts we use are of high quality and carefully selected to match the specifications of your device. If the screen or part is functioning as intended without defects, it would not typically qualify for a refund.
  3. Resolution Options: If you are unhappy with the replaced part for reasons other than functionality or defects, we encourage you to contact our customer service team. Depending on the situation, we may explore options such as: – Offering an upgrade to a premium part, if available (subject to additional costs). – Reviewing whether any adjustments can be made to meet your expectations. We do not have a money refund policy.
  4. Inspection Period: Before completing the repair process, we usually allow customers to inspect and approve the replacement part to ensure satisfaction. If you have concerns, please bring them to our attention immediately.

Warranty Claims Process To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team at 9336372727or mail us on support@fixxmeeh.com.
  2. Provide the repair receipt or proof of service.
  3. Bring or ship the device to our store or service center for inspection.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and device.
  • Fixxmeeh is not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to back up their data prior to repair.

What the Warranty Covers

We provide 30 days to 6 months warranty on the spare part replacement. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not encompass damage due to manual intervention.

Important Note: The warranty is valid only for the parts repaired or replaced. For example, if the screen of the phone is replaced then the warranty is for the screen only and not for other parts.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage to the device after repair (e.g., cracked screens, water damage, accidental drops).
  •  The warranty will not cover phones that have been damaged negligently and intentionally.
  • If the internal hardware is tampered with, especially through a self-repair attempt.
  • In case the mobile is jail-broken.
  • Subsequent mishandling which causes the frame to bend, twist or crack will not be entertained.
  • Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press may initiate discolouring or lining on the display.
  • Internal damage, flickering, blank screen, black spot, Colourful spot, colour spread, visible horizontal and vertical lines visible in the display.
  • Warranty on Battery is NOT valid in case of excessive charging, battery swell, overnight charging or use of non-OEM Charging Cable/Adapters.
  • If you don’t hand over the non-working mobile part to the Fixxmeeh technician, the warranty will be valid only for 30 days.
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair.
  • Devices that have been tampered with or serviced by a third party after our repair.
  • Normal wear and tear or software-related issues unrelated to the repair.

Changes to the Warranty Policy: – Fixxmeeh reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to customers.
